“We stayed four nights and the staff exceeded all expectations. Within hours they knew our room number and first names, which felt very personal. They quickly suggested trips and made all the arrangements by phone, which made our time in Chiang Mai far easier. I also loved the cool boutique style – the reason I booked – the general sense of relaxation, and a wonderful body scrub at the spa on arrival. Being right in the centre of the Old City meant we could walk to everything inside the walls and even some markets beyond.”
